Small Firm, Big Project Experience Our current projects range from private gardens to commercial landscape architecture and recreational facilities design for several commercial and residential developer clients. We are involved in the site planning and permitting for the Northup Commons office park in Bellevue, a 1.5-acre commercial development at 116th Ave and Northup Way, and recently completed masterplanning and permitting for Beaver Lake Phase II, a 92 home community on the Sammamish Plateau that will include eight active recreational sites linked with a pedestrian trail system.
Our experience includes over 400 residential and nearly 100 commercial and public projects. We maintain a demonstrated reputation for timeliness, efficiency and ability to offer creative and cost-effective solutions to fit any project program.
How Do We Do It? Technology! Wile many design offices offer CAD drawings of finalized plans; we design, coordinate, visualize and communicate 100% with creative applications of computer design technology. The efficiency gained from the principal designer producing creative, skillful, accurate and lightning fast schematics and working drawings cuts an unbelievable amount of overhead and miscommunication. We believe our clients and their projects should get the attention and value they deserve.
How Well Do We Know Applied Computer Design Technology? Often consulted by some of the largest landscape architecture firms in Seattle as a computer graphics expert, Jason Walker, ASLA, has been studying, using and developing computer visualization and site design applications of computer aided design for over fifteen years. Services provided to our clients include 3D visual simulation imagery, digital rendering, automated presentations, visual analysis, and automated site grading, landscape, lighting and irrigation design.
Can a Firm So Technically Inclined Offer Creative and Cost-Effective Solutions? Absolutely! Our design philosophy is one of complete involvement in all aspects and phases of land planning and landscape architecture, allowing technical expertise and insight to establish sound approaches and solutions to design issues. We are aware of the economical and practical problems inherent in developing an innovative project and the need to generate economic and aesthetic results from the physical execution of a design.
